Tee Shirts

Mercy Sews has shipped more than 4,000  colorful tee shirts to boys in Central African Republic. The plain tee shirts in solid colors can be purchased at stores like Joann Fabric, Michael's, and Walmart.  They are frequently on sale for as little as $2.00. Once a year, Our Lady of the Angels Parish holds a "Fill-A-Barrel" weekend after Mass. We sell the tee shirts for $5.00  which includes the shipping cost to Africa. Blue 55-gallon cargo barrels are placed at the back of the church and kids and parents can drop in their merciful donations. In addition, tee shirt donations can be dropped off at Our Lady of the Angels  Parish Center throughout the year.
